THE CHARMINAR

Charminar is a historical monument and an iconic symbol of Hyderabad, located in the heart of the old city. It was built in 1591 by Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah, the fifth Sultan of the Qutb Shahi dynasty. The structure is a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and features four towering minarets, each approximately 56 meters high. STATUE OF EQUALITY

The Statue of Equality is a monument that was built to honor the life and teachings of Ramanuja, a Hindu philosopher and theologian who lived in the 11th and 12th centuries. The statue is located in Hyderabad, India and was inaugurated on April 6, 2019, by the Vice President of India, M. Venkaiah Naidu. The Statue of Equality stands at a height of 216 feet (66 meters) and is made of bronze. It depicts Ramanuja with his arms open, welcoming all people from all walks of life. The statue is surrounded by a sprawling complex that includes a museum, a library, an auditorium, and other facilities. The aim of the Statue of Equality is to spread the message of equality and inclusivity that was espoused by Ramanuja. He believed that all people, regardless of their caste, creed, or gender, were equal in the eyes of God. The statue serves as a reminder of this message and encourages people to work towards building a more just and equitable society.
